There are certain workflows that are generated as soon as the request is submitted, and our team will begin the necessary coordination. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds, returns, or reimbursements.

Synergy Reviews, its parent company, employees, and all assets cannot be held responsible for your accounts on third-party platforms, service listings, or future growth. We do not sell 5 star reviews, and our services do not guarantee you will receive specific feedback or increased engagement; we do not provide any such guarantees. You agree to hold us harmless for any loss, damage, or legal liability related to your third-party business accounts or presence.

By using our services, you understand that our network has multiple ways they can provide feedback. They can communicate opinions via email after the experience or utilizing a service, or they can leave feedback directly on your specific platform listing. We do not influence the rating or feedback provided by our network; users are open to leaving honest feedback whether positive, negative, or neutral.

Your listing information will be shared with our network so they can interact with your service and provide feedback. While we do not share your private information with third-party platforms, we cannot be held responsible if the platforms you do business with restrict your feedback, your listing, or if they impose any other restrictions on your account. We are not affiliated with any third-party platforms, and we cannot control the metrics they use to manage accounts.

Users will be able to post content such as reviews, ratings, images, and videos. You hereby grant us, the company, the irrevocable right to use, publish, exhibit, and display this content in any media now known or hereafter devised without any need for further notice or permission from you. By using our services, you grant permission for content to be posted that is both favorable or unfavorable in any way with full authorization, and you acknowledge that we do not have the control or ability to edit or remove this content. We reserve the right to cancel out campaigns that have been paused for more than 6 months in our system, without notice, in order to keep our system as up to date as possible. You, the user of our platform, agree that you will follow up on paused campaigns and that it is your responsibility to reach out to Synergy Reviews for any coordination efforts on campaigns that have been paused. You also recognize that you can manage all aspects of your campaign from your dashboard.

You understand that we use Stripe as our payment gateway, and you are also subject to their terms and conditions along with their privacy policy.

Section 2: OUR WEB APPLICATION

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have given consent to any minor dependents under your care to use this site or our web application.

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, and you may not attempt to introduce bugs, viruses, or code of any destructive nature into our systems.
